BYD Super DM technology is made up of three core components:

Electric Hybrid System (EHS)

The Electric Hybrid System (EHS) features a highly integrated powertrain that includes high-speed dual motors, dual controllers, and advanced oil-cooling technology, all aimed at enhancing motor power density and efficiency.

By employing innovative hairpin technology, the EHS significantly improves heat dissipation, achieving peak efficiency of up to 97% and maintaining stability above 90% in most operating conditions.

Oil Cooling Technology
The system features oil cooling technology that directly targets heat sources, enhancing dissipation capabilities and increasing motor power density to a maximum of 5.5 kW/kg.

Highly Integrated Dual-Motor Controller
The IGBT enhances overall electronic control efficiency, reaching an impressive rate of 98.9%.
